China Glaze Lug your designer baggage with stamping design

I think this will be about the last manicure I show for 2014 before we move onto the next year. Seriously now where did time even go?! It didn't seem so long ago since my last new years manicure and now you're telling me we've gone through the whole year?! Feeling a bit of New year's blues over but then I'm already anxious...

Frosty blue gradient and glitter tips with Models Own

When you're constantly polishing your nails ever so often it's really easy to forget when was the last time that you did a design like gradients. It feels like it wasn't so long ago when I was posting about my last gradient manicure but then I look through my Instagram and realise it really has been that long. This manicure is befitting to...

Opening night with a snowflake featuring Jessica and Barry M

Hope everyone had a great Christmas filled with laughter, joy, food, presents and all the other good stuff! My Christmas nails were actually pretty simple with a full manicure of Jessica's Opening night and a freehand attempt at a snowflake on the ring finger nail. The formula is very similar to that of Jessica's Overture which both came from the same collection. Smooth...

Candy cane nails with Color Club

Take a look at my first Christmas nails for this year. Candy cane nails. Easy enough right? You just really need two polishes or one if you prefer it that way, some nail tape and you're pretty much good to go.  Polishes used here is all from Color Club: Million dollar listing - Shimmery gold top coatWild cactus - Green creme Mamba -...

China Glaze what are you A-Freight of asymmetric nails

Bringing you some nail art today with some China Glaze and Orly. For the base I used China Glaze's What are you A-freight of which is a chocolate purple brown? I keep seeing a deep purple side to it but I'm not sure if it's just me. These days I like to cover my manicure with some sort of nail art but with...

Color Club's London calling and first attempt at hairspray nail art

I can keep wearing pastels all year around but the one I'm showing you today has a bit of neon to it.  This is Color Club's London calling a bright pastel green which took about 2-3 coats for full opacity. You don't even need to worry too much about the formula with it being pretty much like other cremes, normal consistency. I didn't...

Jessica's Overture with image stamping

When out of nail design ideas you can always rely on image stamping. I've got Jessica's Overture here with a stamping from the Bundle monster 210 plate to tone down how bright and shimmery the base was. You might see that the image close to the tips look broken and that's because I couldn't transfer the whole image without missing out the tips....

China Glaze's One track mind

Can we just take a moment to enjoy this gorgeous blue by China Glaze. These sort of deep navy blue colours just never get old in my books and I hate to tell you that I removed the whole thing before even thinking of using it as a base for nail art. I can imagine doing many designs for this. China Glaze's One...

Color Club's Mod in Manhattan with gradient and glitter chevrons

Me and my cousin rarely cross each others paths these days because of work, relationships and our busy lifestyles but when we finally got together again she packed a bag full of goodies for me which to my surprise included nail polish. She got an even bigger surprise when she was literally going through every single one of my nail polishes.  She gave...

'I don't give a splatter' nails with China Glaze's Well Trained

I'm having mixed opinions about this one. They're not really doing it for me but then again from afar they don't look too bad. It just doesn't seem to look too pleasant when it's up close and on top of that I wanted to show China Glaze's fairy dust which is full of fine holo glitters. It's an old but gold polish.  The...

China Glaze's Choo-Choo Choose you

I can't believe I actually had doubts about this polish before even wearing it but I love its' beautiful outcome. You will find many different posts out there about this shade but not all the pictures will be showing the same colour. Why? Because Choo Choo Choose you is a duochrome with shimmer shifting goodness.  CG's CCCY is a purple grey with gold...
