Out of the things I received from BPS this has got to be the one I was most excited to try. Don't the roses just look so beautiful!

• Apply one coat of your preferred base coat. I used OPI's Base coat.

• Apply two coats of a basic white polish. The one I used here was from Skinfood. 
• With nail vinyls, line the top and bottom of all nails except for the ring finger nail. Paint the top with a white polish and the tips with a pink. The pink is Skinfood's APK07. Peel the vinyls after 10 seconds.
• Dot the pink tips with a dotting tool
• Paint the ring finger nail all white. Place the BPS rose water nail decal in the water for 5-10 seconds. Remove and separate the decal from the paper and apply to the nail. Dot the rest of the nail with pink dots.

• Seal everything with a top coat. I used a top coat from Skinfood

I love this one. The roses just look so good. It's one of the designs that never get old for nail art. They retail for $1.99 but the site carries many discounts and offers that you may be able to get it for cheaper.
