Choi's nails

I've missed wearing a full pink manicure without layering any design over it. Usually I'd go for more of the pastel pinks because hey they're still very gorgeous but as I was rummaging through my drawers and drawers of polish I came across this. 

China Glaze's Dance baby. This one is more of a blue based pink and it's good enough at two coats here. Good consistency and even application. 

Everytime I look at these nails I can't help but think there's a summer neon rave up in here even though I'm not much of a partygoer myself. 

This manicure is simply just done using Models Own's Bikini which is a bright neon yellow from their Polish for tans collection, some straight nail vinyls and the blue layered on top is Barry M's Blue grape.

The lines are not as crisp as they should've been. Cleaning up the lines would've been an idea except I didn't want to spoil the base that was underneath which I had a strong feeling I would've done.

I gave my chevron nail vinyls another try after the first design I did using it wasn't as great as I'd wanted it to be. This time I did some pink gradient chevron using polishes all from Barry M's Gelly Hi shine collection. 

The colours range from a very light pink to a stronger raspberry pink but it seems the lighting has made the light pink camouflage into the white base. Now it just looks like gradient chevron tips.
