NOTD: China Glaze’s Jungle queen

It’s slightly blurry and I only realised this after looking at it on the
computer screen. Bummer! Regardless I do like this shade though. I also heard
it’s a dupe for Chanel’s Paradoxal but I can’t comment on their similarity
because I don’t own the Chanel polish. I don’t own any in fact, I can’t find
myself spending so much on a polish, yet.

Jungle queen is from China Glaze’s on safari fall 2012
collection and it’s a dark greyish brown with purple shimmers that’s more
evident in the bottle. I could not for the life of me capture the shimmers on
the nails, not with the camera I had anyway which is a real shame. It would’ve
added more depth to the shade.
The formula was alright but unlike Adventure red-y which is
from the same collection it needed two coats to be opaque. My bottle of jungle
queen was a little runny, just a little so it wasn’t too hard to work with for
me.
I’m digging this colour. I’m usually not a fan of browns,
out of all the ones I have I don’t remember saying I like them a lot but this
one’s different. It’s dark but I still prefer it over the other ones I own.
